Due to an Internal promotion, we are on the lookout for a new Warehouse Trainee.
This role is ideal for applicants who:
- Hold a current driver’s license and have reliable transportation
- Demonstrate a suitable level of computer literacy
- Possess strong communication skills
- Are dependable and reliable
- Show enthusiasm for their work
- Can work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Are eager to learn and make contributions
The main duties of this role will include:
- Operate machinery for the purpose of rolling cable to fulfill customer orders and stock requirements
- Picking and packing orders ready for shipping
- Participating in stock takes
- Packaging and labeling products
- Maintaining general cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- Booking freight and communicating with customers regarding pickups
- Following instructions from the warehouse supervisor
- Receipting of incoming goods
